5 cups Wholesome Pantry Spring Mix, washed and dried
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1⁄2 cup mini mozzarella balls
Bowl & Basket Specialty Balsamic Vinegar
Bowl & Basket Olive Oil
Fresh basil, for topping (optional)
Directions

1. Combine chicken through mozzarella in a large bowl.

 

2. Drizzle with equal parts balsamic vinegar and olive oil and toss to coat. Top with basil if desired. Serve immediately
